When I started training for my first fitness competition last year I did a whole bunch of research on protein powders to supplement my nutrition and workouts.
Some folks here have recommended Wheydepot.com as an inexpensive / cheap place to buy whey protein and supplements in Canada, and I tried it last week. Just ordered some Chocolate Whey protein Isolate, Creatine and Maltodexdrin from Wheydepot.com last week and it was shipped out amazingly fast. Placed the order Monday night and had the 5lb tub on Wednesday! (And I live a good distance away). Not to mention the awesome super low prices. I have spoken to several people with lactose intolerence that have NO TROUBLE with the Whey Depot Whey protein supplements... it rivals several other low quality "Whey Protein Isolate" that I have tried... I'd recommend the Whey Protein isolate from Wheydepot.com" The Whey Depot Protein Isolate is excellent. Wow! This is the nicest tasting Whey Protein Ive ever had. Its very creamy and light with no lumps it mixes so easy into a frothy milk shake. This is the Whey Protein I will be using all the time now. I must say, this one really stands out compared to all my previous Whey Protein mixes. Excellent stuff. Anyone know other cheap places to get Vitamins and supplements in bulk in Canada?
