Default Can any one tell what supplements I need for bodybuilding?

Hi all. I'm looking to learn more about supplements that are geared to bodybuilding. Where should I start?

You don't need any supplements any more than the general public - your multivitamin, magnesium, zinc, iodine, vitamin c and omega 3s are what I would put down as the real important ones for them, and the same applies for you.

However, you would probably benefit from an increased protein intake and, unless you are likely to have to time to have a chicken-rice-and-peas type meal 5-6x per day, I would definitely suggest getting a decent quality protein shake.

I recommend Reflex Natural Whey to my clients (good quality whey, no sweeteners), but I'm not sure if they have that in USA?

I believe you have Optimum Nutrition Natural Whey out there, I'd recommend that for the same reason.

Marek.

Hi,

Products like Glutamin helps keep the entire immune system healthy and it will really help you gain size. Bodybuilding supplements can be found being widely and aggressively advertised in most of the media, whether print, electronic or over online sources.
